Me: 26 - New York
Boy: 31
Together: 6 years!!!

What kind of puppy is that in your picture?! I have a pup named Sophie who, and I swear this is true, looks exactly the same. I even have a picture of her swatting something, where she looks just like that! She is a shih-tzu mix (Bishon we think, maybe Maltese). Not that it has anything to do with this post...hehe.

Can you all tell I am bored as hell here at work? I have a lot of time on my hands with nothing to do but browse PS.

I thought I was a baby when I met my BF...BUT I stand corrected. I was 19 and hadn''t ever been in a serious relationship. Despite countless friends asking me if I ever feel regret that I didn''t have "other" relationships, I have to say, I really don''t. I am glad he has been the only relationship that meant anything to me.

Bia - I feel great about it. I was in a couple serious relationships before him but of course it was that high school, puppy love kinda dating at the time. Our love has overcome a lot and I think that truely signifies who we are and that we are willing to go the distance no matter what obstacles are thrown at us... prepping us for marriage and spending the rest of our lives together. I would take our love and how it started off as friends and blossomed into a great relationship over dating a bunch of guys before I found the one any day!

When I tell people how long we've dated people are just so shocked, but we were practically kids when we met, and I just start thinking of our future together last year... so in a way it's like we reached a whole new level in our relationship and it's all new and exciting again! We have been talking about our future kids, careers, family, etc. for almost 7 years now, and to be pretty close to getting engaged and making our love permanent is surreal to me.

Annie: Hes adorable...looks so much like my Sophie did when she was a baby. They are the best dogs to have, especially when living in an apartment, like myself, because they don't shed and they are not high maintenance...although my BF treats her like a Queen! I think given the choice of who & what to keep--Sophie, his new TV, or me, I'd get the boot!
