Nuala.puma.com is a site that comes to mind...Christy Turlington designs for them (remember her--supermodel from the 1990''s?) Cute stuff on the website, anyway!

I have a pair of super comfy organic cotton shorts from Champion that I found at Sam''s Club last year for $7.99...maybe you can search the Champion website and see if they carry more organic apparel.
