Off the bat I'd say its overpriced. If you run a search on EGL stones at that size, color, and clarity should be around $12k or less.
You do know that EGL grades soft and it would not be comparable to a GIA /AGS G/VS1 which look to be running in the $20k range.

Also very hard to say what the real grade is without seeing the stone and having it graded by a trained grader. Depending on which EGL lab graded the diamond it can be substantially off 3 grades to who knows how may grades off.

It's been my experience that the EGL stones are overpriced for the real color and clarity grades as compared to an accurately graded stone by GIA or AGS.
