Assuming I can''t get any pictures or idealscope for this, what''s your opinion.. worth $5400? The HCA looks ok, numbers look decent to me, and it says H&A inscription.. is that legit? Thanks

All anyone can tell you from the report is that it has potential to be a nice diamond.
