Opinions on this ring?

I was browsing EBay recently looking for moonstone and happened across a listing for what was described as a moonstone ring but the picture showed a pretty distinct star. I LOVE the color whatever it is but I’m pretty sure this is not moonstone, I think it’s a star sapphire, wanted to get input from you guys.

My only complaint is the size is wrong, it’s supposed to be a 6 but on my mandrel it’s a 5.5, I’m lucky I can get it on! A six would have been perfect. Anyways……pictures! Excuse the kind of busy pajama pants.
