Opinions on this RB Diamond?

So I think I have found a stone (I have it being set and delivered for an in-store preview from Ritani), but I would like the opinions of any expert here who is willing to offer their thoughts? Thanks, the link to the stone is:

I guess I should add that my gf's main criteria are "sparkle," eye clean and appears colorless. This stone scores a .8 on the HCA and rates excellent in fire and scintillation, so pending my viewing it in person, I am hopeful that it will really pop. Also, the consultant at Ritani said that it appeared to be eye clean. The only issue I see is the strong blue flourescence. I will hopefully be able to view the stone in sunlight to see if it makes it appear cloudy. Are there any issues that I should look out for before committing?

Thank you, I really tried. My ability to do all of that homework was a direct result of everything I learned through this forum. That said, I realize that I may know know just enough to be dangerous, so if anyone sees any red flags, I am happy to hear about them.
