The prince on this stone went down to $2,030, any good?

Not sure this is the greatest cut in the world and numbers say little about princess cuts. Some (like the professionals who gave their blessing to the AGA charts) argue that table size should be blow and close to the depth %. This is no saying that this particular piece would not be pleasing. The price surely looks good, the stone is a perfect square and not overly deep.

With such a huge table and the expected shallow crown going with it, the stone may not have lots of fire, but there is little I could say about light return in absence of any standards for this cut.

Can you see it before buying ?

Is the seller of the stone providing the setting?

It might look attractive, but I would look for a stone with a smaller table--in the 59-69% range and a >9% crown height.
One more point: are you aware that VS 1 is considered by many of us an overkill? I think you could get closed to the 0.90-1ct mark if consider G colors and/or SI 1's. At this size, the size of the inclusions shouldn't be intrusive. Just something to consider...

thanks, I might be able to see it before getting it. now take a look of this one
