Opinions on this diamond?

Long time member, back for another purchase

Can I get some opinions on this: http://www.briangavindiamonds.com/diamonds/diamond-details/0.534-f-si1-round-diamond-ags-104045361017

Basically I'm looking for problems with it - any reason why i should pass on this for another one?

One potential issue is the AGS cert is dated June 2010 - any reason why this diamond hasn't been bought already?

I haven't asked this yet, just looking at the numbers first. If the numbers are satisfactory then I will contact them.

the stone looks great...ask BGD if it is eye-clean to your standards.
