Thanks! Here's the IS image. I don't see any white (leakage) at all? Is that normal?

no, that is not normal. I think the stone may be place too deep within the scope when the image is taken.

Can you post the report number?

I think it is best to request the image be retaken.

Nothing I can see is wrong with the numbers on the report and no other comments.
