It pulls a 1.4 on HCA (ex, ex, ex, vg)

I had someone pull the diamond and look at it and this is what they said "This is an amazing diamond! The white areas you see on the Ideal scope are called ‘light leakage’, this diamond shows an ideal amount of light leakage and it is dispersed minimally which is very good. The 8 arrows show ideal symmetry and there is an ample amount of vivid red color. To reiterate from our earlier discussion via telephone, this diamond displays a beautiful array of fire, brilliance, and scintillation. The “H” color is white from all angles; it could even be mistaken for a “G”. Also, this diamond is without a doubt eye-clean, you would need at least a 10x to see anything present in this VS2!"

and here is the idealscope...

does this diamond have good spread?

I have read the "spread tutorial" here: http://diamonds.pricescope.com/spread.asp and I just can''t figure it out... it may be that it is nearly 3am, or the fact that math has never been my forte... ;)

Thanks for any input!

Spread looks ideal, which should be 6.15mm for the weight. Just pricescope your stone using the in-house button, the list will include a spread column, 0% being the ideal spread, and the diameter given will be the ''spread'' of that stone''s weight

Spread is absolutely fine.

That''s a hell of a deal. Do you mind me asking where you bought this from?

Awesome, and thanks again. I did see the Spread of 0% when i p/s''d the diamond, but didn''t realize the zero was ideal. There seemed to be so many others with numbers, some + and some - that I wondered if the 0 was bad. However as I''m typing this, I realize that the 0 is ideal for other items as well, the AGS triple 0 etc right... :)

HornAround,

I screwed up the math :) I doubled the 5% H&A discount! It's actually 168 more, but still a good value overall I feel. I just wired the money!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Found it on Jamesallen.com and it is getting set in the White Gold Cross prong Diamond Solitaire Ring .

AS SEEN HERE...

I'm soooooooooo excited!
