I'm purchasing a diamond online and was wondering which one I should buy. Both of them are eye clean (says blue nile), so im going with the SI1 vs. the VS2.

In my opinion, I would go for an ideal cut stone.

Similar size/price, but A Cut Above princess cuts are beautiful stones.

Yes, but those diamonds arent GIA certified. Do you think the more "loose" grading scale makes a difference? Im not sure if a Very good cut GIA would be about the same as an AGS ideal cut?

I am far from an expert, but with Princess cut I believe AGS is actually the superior cut grader.
