opinions on potential bridesmaid dress?

hey ladies-I am thinking of getting these for bridesmaid dresses, what do you think? (note: the dress looks much cuter on...and for some reason it looks short in the picture to me but it is knee length, plus all of my bridesmaids are short )

Honestly, I think that's a dress that you really need to see on the bridesmaid to make a determination. They could be absolutely adorable and perfect, but it's hard to say just on the hanger.

I do think it looks like something that might fit some body shapes better than others though - but I don't know! Are your BMs all built the same way, like mine were? If so it would be easy enough to have one of them try it on - or you could yourself, if you fit the mold too?

I think that is an absolutely ADORABLE dress. It's much more stylish than the typical BM dress. I really like it. Have your BM tried it on, or at least a couple of them? I do think they need to be comfortable in it.

I love it, and would love to be one of your bridesmaids lol. I've always been stuck with dresses that I would NEVER wear again, this one is super cute and I could see myself wearing it a lot! I also don't think that's a bad thing or that it's to informal, I think it's modern and up with the times.

yeah so I am hoping to just buy the dress for them to save money, also I usually don't like the "bridesmaid dresses" so I was hoping to get it at an outlet mall (this one is BCBG). Unfortunately all of my bridesmaids are in different states so they couldn't really try it on (I suppose this is about as unfair as making them buy some other dress you pick out though?) I did try it on and it looks super cute on me, and I have a body type similar to all of the bridesmaids, so that is good. I didn't take a pic of me in it though!

That's true, although I'm personally a big fan of the one-color-multiple-dress-shapes type of bridesmaid's dress, where they can pick the cut that looks best on them.

I did try it on and it looks super cute on me, and I have a body type similar to all of the bridesmaids, so that is good. I didn't take a pic of me in it though!

If your body type is similar to all the BM, then I think you'll probably be okay.
