First off, thanks to everyone on this forum for all the great advice. I eventually decided to buy from a B&M and got what I think is a really great looking diamond. The diamond cost 6500, which I''m sure is more than it would have been online, but I decided that for an e-ring stone I would feel more comfortable going somewhere where I could see a few in person and choose one. For less sentimental jewelry pieces in the future I''ll definitely be buying from some of the vendors I saw on here. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to give their input on the stone I picked out:

1.05 CT
Round Brilliant
6.51 x 6.45 x 4.07 mm
Depth - 62.8%
Table - 56%
Crown - 15.4%
Pavilion - 43%
Girdle - Thin to Sl. Thick, Faceted
Culet - None
Polish - Very Good
Symmetry - Good
Clarity Grade - VS1 (one very small pinpoint on the table)
Color Grade - G
No fluorescence

Thanks!

The above numbers are all indicative of a very good diamond and it's difficult to envisage it being a bad one.
But the exact crown angle (probably 35.0) and pavilion angle (probably 41.0), plus the star % (probably 50%) and lower halves % (probably 80%) could make a slight difference to the interpretation.
