2) The cert date is June 2006. I think it's the new style DRD, but should be concern about that's it's unsold for so long?
3) The HCA is 0.8, but it doesn't fall into the white AGS0 box. Should I be concern about it?
3) How does it compare to these?

I think the first one is a winner.
Its at least near h&a, AGS0 and a nice price compared to the rest.

Thanks, but how about these questions?

Hopefully an expert will answer no. 3.

It doesn''t necessarily mean the stone was unsold for that period of time. It may have been bought, used for some time, then traded-in for an upgrade or whatever. If it was verified as exactly the same condition as when the report was issued, there is no need to re-certify and therefore it may have just been put back on sale with the orignal report.

Don''t be stressing about this - it''s not uncommon for stones to be traded in and returned to sale.
