Is this a good stone based on the idealscope?

Normally I''d say it would be a nice, firey diamond. And it well may be, but I''m wondering what''s going on in the 11-12 o''clock area on the IS, and, I also see it in the loupe pic. (I pulled it up) The funky area is in a different spot on that view, so I''''d ask Jim what that is/what''s causing it.

Ditto, looks like some leakage but ask Jim as Ellen suggests.
