clarity characteristics: feather, cloud finish.
Does this all sound like a good buy?

Why don''t you get an H and VS2? SI1 may not be eye clean.

0.24 carat isn''t very big, is this for a center stone?

Sounds like a pretty good one, you would want to ask to make sure its eye clean though.

For a stone of this size that is intended for earrings, lower clarity isn''t as noticeable; neither you nor people looking at you will notice inclusions when worn. IMO it''s definitely a "mind clean" thing

The diamond looks good, should be eyeclean in this size but doesn''t hurt to check.
