The only reason I''m hesitant is because the brilliance reading is ''high'' as opposed to ''very high''. Is this even a big deal? The IScope looks bright red as opposed to a darker red, but is it just the lighting conditions?

No... whatever differences betwee those ''scope scores and tests and the theoretic "best" are really non-issues. And those are already "hair-splitting" instruments
