opinions needed for diamond.

hello everyone. i am an newbie.
i am on the way to buy an ering. My total budget is under 7K : about 5.8K for the diamond & 1.2k for the setting.
The diamond i wanted is about 1 carat round cut, color h & above, clarity Si & about as long as it eye-clean.

Numbers look good so I would guess it will be a good looking stone. It does have strong blue fluorescence so that will bring the price down, just make sure you are ok with strong blue fluoro as it may give the diamond a bit of a blue hue in sunlight. Also make sure it isnt one of the few that get a milky or greasy look from the fluorescence.
