Opinions about this round diamond

Hi experts,
I would love an opinion about this round diamond which I am eyeing through my local jeweller. Planning on proposing mid July
Appreciate any comments and advice. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately I don't have actual pictures of the diamond but it is eye-clean and the inclusion is not black.

I think it looks nice. What kind of setting are you looking at?

How did you like it in person? I just received a stone with very similar specs. CA of 36, PA of 40.6, table of 55%. It's plenty sparkly and is a really nice stone. If you think it looks great in real life and the price is right, then I'd say go for it.
