Currently have a .59 and a .70 available to me. The store has the .59 and are in the process of getting the .70 (i''ll post the specs when i get it).

Anyway just wondering what your opinions of for these 2 stones. i''ll post the .59 first

GIA Cert
Carat - .59
Color - F
Clarity - VVS2
Cut - Excellent - Hearts and Arrows (From what I can tell it''s well formed)
Polish - Excellent
Symmetry - Excellent
Fluorescence - Faint
Clarity characteristics - Pinpoint
Depth 61.4%
Table 54%
Crown 34.5
Pavillion 40.8
Star length - 55%
Lower Half 75%
Girdle - Thin to Mediium, Faceted
Cutlet None

I''m looking for a stone that sparkles alot. So the best light return, fire, brilliance etc i can get.

Thanks

It looks good on HCA, although you are probably paying too much of a premium for the VVS2. You could always save by dropping down to a VS2 or even SI1 and a G-H and get the carat weight up some, and never tell a difference.

If you want to post your budget, I''m sure people here can help find you a similar stone that is a little higher on the carat scale.

Thanks.

I''m set on VVS2 and F. Just personal preference. Basically i don''t want anything bigger than .70 even if it''s within my budget. I think anything bigger than that would look too big. So instead of going for size i''m going for quality in a stone that is roughly .60 to .70.

I don''t see any red flags so far!

From the numbers it looks like a great stone! Can you get an IS image by any chance?

It looks very nice, but I''d go for the .70 if it is well cut. Diamonds have a tendency to shrink!

bought the .59. Much better than the 3 .70''s the store brought in! Even though it''s small it looks much better than most of the stones I saw and there were quite a few!

Congrats! We''d love to see the finished product if possible!
