Per Holloway cut adviser...for that money, id look for a score under 2...this is 3.6

Factor Grade
Light Return Very Good
Fire Very Good
Scintillation Good
Spread
or diameter for weight Very Good
Total Visual Performance 3.6 - Very Good - Worth buying if the price is right

As others have said, the crown angle is a bit steep when used in conjunction with that pavillion angle. It may still be a very nice firey stone. You'd need to investigate more to confirm though, there are safer options. Total depth is hiding some weight too.

Any reason you are aiming for F VVS? You could save some coin dropping colour and clarity, but understand if its for cultural reasons.

We are new to diamond research and are looking for a diamond that looks great in a setting. This will be our last diamond purchase and are looking for quality over size. In our research, we found that cut seems to be the most important factor. And as we have been told, color then clarity. Do you have any suggestions?
Our parameters are
GIA 1.7-2 ct
Cut excellent
D-F color
VVS2 or higher

And I guess as others have suggested an HCA rating below 2
