Diamond #2 would be my choice.

It is however registering just "good" for spread. What are the dimensions of this stone?

Neither of those would be a good idea. Try to stay with GIA certs that say Excellent for cut. One of these is very good and one is just good. I''d pass on both and ask to see Excellent cut only. The cut is the most important factor for the beauty of the stone. Those prices are very low, so I am guessing that these may have some other kind of cert than GIA, which means the specs may not be reliable. Stick to GIA or AGS only.

There both GIA certifications. I thought i could trust that fact

I said, "Try to stay with GIA certs that say Excellent for cut." One of those stones is "good" and the other is "very good". Ask to see GIA stones that have the cut listed as Excellent.

I would try to find something with a depth between 60-62%, table 55-58%, crown angles between 34 - 35 and pavilion angle of 40-41.

but to be honest, 1.46cts of H VS1 very good cut for only 7600 would probably be worth taking a look at. I am not a big fan of the larger tables, but if she can look at it and agrees that the very good descriptor is accurate, and it does in fact look very good if not ideal and that the difference in light performance is minimal given the higher ct weight and excellent spread, then it may well be a fantastic option.

I would probably aim for a better cut myself, but I would still look at it and do a comparison between it and other smaller better cut diamonds in that same price range and see if it is worth it or not?

I mean shoot, barring USA certed who I cant recommend options on here with the same spread and with AGS0 cut H SI1 (not VS1 as is the one she listed) are over 10k with the PS discount. So I say def. check it out a little more.
