Hi all,
I have really been enjoying being on PS. You all are fantastic. Due to being on this website, I have decided to upgrade my diamond in my current setting. I have posted on "show me the ring" my entire set and pictures of them together with my story. I was young when we got married and we could not afford a bigger center stone. My current stone is a .36 ctw. I have been going to GOG and WF to see the prices and I really want to go up to a center stone, round H& A between .65 -.75 ctw. they are within my budget now. I love my e-ring and I will post two pictures of it. Does anyone out there know if a jeweller could set a .65-.75 ctw round diamond in my current setting or will they have to redo the whole entire thing. My e-ring is from Birks and I really do not want to go to them to upgrade my ring as I will not be able to get the same value and great diamonds that I can from GOG or WF. Let me know what you all think?
