It’s too orange for my taste but a lot of colored stones is personal taste. It has a cert to confirm it’s not BE treated? That color in yellow sapphire often suggests BE treatments
Cut is not precision but I’ve seen worse for sure
The middle is a bow tie effect. It is an artefact of the cutting. Have you looked at finewatergems? They have a few yellow sapphires.
To me it looks the color of a lower grade spessartite garnet going by the picture.
What shade of yellow are you looking for are you looking for?

Wouldn't be the color for me if I were looking for yellow, but YMMV.
I don't dislike it, just not my thing, and it doesn't quite seem like it's hitting that soft yellow that you're after.
Yellow is a very difficult color to nail down.
I saw a yellow sapphire at mastercutgems that looks nice. It's smaller than the other stones you've posted, but I like the color, and maybe it gives a reference: https://www.mastercutgems.com/Produ...w-Blue_Sapphire_1_16_carat-Gem.php?FromPage=1
A lot of chrysoberyl does have that greenish tone, but not all. There are also occasionally yellow garnets that pop up, and heliodore can be that nice soft yellow as well.
