It’s a good diamond. Ask their gemologist to confirm that none of the clouds negatively impact the performance of the stone, and see if they can send you an Ideal Scope image or an ASET...

Do you mean once I get the stone, I take it to an independent gemologist to look at the diamond? I thought BN doesn't do Ideal Scope or an ASET?

I was thinking the same thing, but I wasn’t sure, and I didn’t want to mis-represent.
In the absence of an ASET by the vendor, yes, you can take it somewhere else for ASET/IS to confirm that the stone meets your expectations.
 
Based on experience, would these clouds be a concern on a VS2 diamond? I'm guessing those are clouds and not a bunch of small feathers. Reading from other people that clouds can give a milky/hazy look.
