Opinion on mounting and jeweler

I am totally overwhelmed at this point, having spent days on this site. It is very informative, but, oh so much information!

I am looking at a halo mount for a 2 ct. diamond. In another thread, someone posted a picture of a ring and comments were made about the amount of metal showing. Can I post a picture of the mounting that I am considering? Do I name the business that has this mount? I have googled it and read good things about the jeweler on this site, but does not seem to be one of the most popular,

Also, I want to take the 6 side diamonds (.90) total weight and have a loose chain bracelet made with bezel mounts. For ease, I would go with the same jeweler as the ring.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Like I said, I am totally overwhelmed at this point, but thought if you approved of the mounting and the jeweler I could proceed.

Welcome! Please know that there are many types of halo mounting styles available; not to mention going with custom as well. Each one will have different attributes, such as melee size of the halo, airlines, the amount of metal showing, etc. We can offer our opinions on what is pleasing to our eyes, but know that only you will be able to approve the mounting based on what attributes you prefer. As a starting point, please post pictures of the mounting that you had in mind and members will be here to help you.
