Opinion on diamond 1.21ct F VS1

Long time lurker but first-time poster.
Considering purchasing this diamond from a family friend.
I was wondering if I could get an opinion on it.

Looks really, really good. Possible slight pavilion twist at the 11 o'clock position (dark spots between the arrows), but I don't think it would be any cause for concern regarding overall light return and performance.
If you feel that the price is right and you love what you see, then grab it up.

Definitely looks good! No idea if the price is fair, so definitely try to look up comps using the PS search tool. but the stone itself looks really nice to me.
