I am trying to get engagement ring and wanted to know whether this diamond is good for the price of $6538 (stone only)?

GIA certified-
Share & cutting - Cushion Modified Brilliant
Measurements- 6.53 x 5.68 x 3.97 mm

Carat Weight - 1.2
Color Grade - F
Clarity Grade - VS2

Polish - Good
Symmetry - Good
fluorescence - none

Comments:
Additional pinpoints are not shown
Surface graining is not shown
Crown angles are greater than 40 degree.

i am trying to get it in Tiffany Legacy setting (not Tiffany's but close to it from the Diamond District)
attched is the actual GIA certification.

I dont' knwo much about diamonds so wanted to know if the measurements are good for the setting above?

do you have any images? you really need images to evaluate fancies (any cut other than round)
