I'm looking at an emerald cut and was hoping to see if I could get some input... Unfortunately, I can't get an asset scan unless I want to pay full price and have it shipped in, but I kinda want to see if it would even be worth doing that.

Here are the stats:
Certificate: GIA
Weight: .95ct
Color: H
Clarity: IF; the comments section says "minor details of polish"
Measurements: 6.73x4.66x3.17
Table: 65%
Depth: 68%
Polish: Ex
Symmetry: VG
Price: $3000

I've included a photo as well. Are the spots something that could be polished out/not visible to naked eye? I know that internally flawless is internally flawless, but would a diamond with structural concerns be allowed to be graded that high if they are external issues?
Also, I'm no expert, and I know the photo isn't the best quality, so I was hoping to get some input on the cut. Thanks everyone in advance!

I don't know if its just a bad picture (probably) but it looks like a really dark stone. I don't see
any facets "turned on " in the picture.

Try looking at some of the James Allen stones to see the difference.

There should be no structural issues with an IF clarity stone. The photo isn't telling me much. If the price is good and it's the size you're looking for, would it be possible for you to order it and view it in person, and send it back if you don't like it in person? What's the vendor's return policy?

I cannot tell much about this EC either. I think the darkness is likely to be head / camera obstruction when the photographer is trying to get close for a good picture. The spots and lines that you see are just dust and lint. Shape wise, I am not fan of the very narrow "shoulders". I agree with the other posters to find out about the review / return policy.
