Opinion of these specs, please!

Would appreciate some opinions on the specs for a diamond and the GIA report:

Radiant cut
meas: 5.91 x 5.59 x 3.76 mm
Weight 1.01 carat
depth 67.3%
table 69%
girdle: med to slightly thick
culet: none
Polish: Excellent
symmetry: good
Clarity VS1
Color D
Flourescence: none


They graded the clarity at VS1, but it only has one cloud and one crystal, in the same place. thought VS1 implied more inclusions. I understand the 10X magnification issue. Can someone please help me understand a little more?

VS1 is a very clean grade.
