In the film, "Dancer in the Dark", Björk's character is going blind.

Notice the sound the train wheels make on the tracks.
At the beginning it's real.
But after the man says, "You can't see, can you?" the sound the train wheels make changes into a pattern that's not possible on regular train tracks.
It then forms the rhythm for the music.
