The #''s look great nothing wrong there but I would need a IS to confirm so as of now just on #''s i say 10

How good in what regard? Cutting? On a scale of 0-10 with 0 at the top, AGSL gave it a 0. I guess that makes it a 9.1 or greater and subdividing that would take information that we don''t have. Since they’re the only ones who have seen it and since most would agree that they have a fairly reasonable scale, I would put a fair amount of credibility on their findings. Presumably you already knew this and are either looking for something other than that or are looking for a ranking on some other scale but I’m not sure we can tell you much that’s useful without a more clear question. Can you rephrase it please?
