I thought I would share what I have found. I have read a lot about insurance, questions and answers and know that its different from state to state. I spoke to reps from several different companys, Chubb and JM included. Chubb, in my area requires a min amount and is expensive, JM will cover, but is high also. I decided to go with Farm Bureau, which is Tennessee Farmers Mutual Ins Company. The rates are much lower and their policy is one that will just write me a check, so I can do my own shopping for the replacement. I dont know if Farm Bureau is avail everywhere, but it is worth checking into.
