I don't know if anyone here listens to Dave Ramsey but my husband came home and told me Dave's wife MUST be a Pricescoper. He was giving advice to a young guy looking to get engaged to his high school sweetheart. The guy was asking Dave what he should spend on an engagement ring. After Dave told him he advises spending a month's salary, he told the audience he and his wife were engaged with a 1/4 carat and that she has upgraded many, many times since then. He also said that her hand gets tired carrying around her current ring! So, fess up, which one of you is married to Dave Ramsey?! 
Also, I did not see Dave Ramsey as the kind of guy to buy his wife anything that depreciates!
