Okay, Vendor, What am I Supposed to Think?!

This came through my FB feed this morning. I have never dealt directly with this vendor and am not commenting on their business practices. In fact, if I am not mistaken, I believe they have received multiple positive comments in one feedback group I'm a member of. And my question is pretty much rhetorical, but really now, do they really think this photo will sell their stone and the buyer won't be disappointed? I'm not saying its not a pretty stone, but good luck figuring out what it will look like in hand!
