I''m curious to know how many hours per day each of you ladies spend on PS! Or how many times you visit.

I''ll start.

My name is vc10um...and I''m addicted to Pricescope. During the week I probably check in about 5-8 times a day from work and another 3 or so at home in the evenings...so probably 10 times a day total. It probably adds up to an hour or so a day. On the weekends, though, it''s usually only once in the morning and once in the evening to check and see if there''s any new bling posted by the LIWs!

So i guess that means I''m on PS 5 times a week and 9 hours a day

Hi, I''m Winelover and I too am a Pricescope-a-holic. I leave it up pretty much all day and as I have time I refresh and peruse. I usually don''t check it from home as I''m busy with my other job (being a Mom) however I have been known to sneak a peak on occasion.

During the work day, I''m on PS all day. Its always up in the browser, although on occasion I''m away from my desk.

I usually just lurk on the weekends... if at all!

hmm, well tuesday and thursdays are my light class days so i usually try to get on, but other than that i just catch up on threads when i get home around 10:30 at night

Me too. First thing I check when I get to the office. Sometimes I even leave the window open when I go home. (oops -- trying to remember to close when I leave)

Too much to do at home (or not do) so I usually only check a little.

So, about 7 hours per day Mon-Thurs and an hour or less Fri-Sun

Welllllll, I guess I''m starting to become a little addicted, haha. I check in once a day or so, which is unusual for me and forum sites.

Considering it took me about one year and 5ish months to get to ten thousand posts, I'm on PS A LOT. This was mostly due to my being in boring classes I wasn't having to take seriously, so I spent all of that time on PS.

Since the spring, my schedule got a lot busier with wedding stuff, taking care of my dad and harder/more time consuming classes, and my posting has slowed down a LOT, but I've been lurking more.

ETA: it is on my browser all day, and I'd estimate that I spend at least 5 hours a day on it, depending on what else is going on that day.

It really sucked over the summer when I didn't have internet access on the campuses I was taking classes at.

ALOT! I have PS open most of the day on weekdays and I brouse as I go about other things.

I make a point to not go on PS during weekends or evenings when I could be spending time with my bf so it''s just weekdays for me.

Okay...so I guess I underestimated. Just since I posted this, I''ve been on 3 times for a total of 15 minutes!

So it''s probably closer to 12-15 times per day for 2-ish hours. OOPS!

I have PS as a bit of a guilty pleasure, so I''m on it when I have time alone to relax and browse. H doesn''t know I come on here...think he''d utterly freak out if he did! I like to keep this as a treat, a special thing that I can enjoy by myself.

I browse the forums a LOT. I like to lurk, see what''s going on, see who got some sparkly! I also like to look through old old posts, just to see the whole story of things, hehe. I generally only login when I''ve got the time, or I see a thread that I just can''t resist replying to! (Can you feel the love from me in replying to this? Cause you should!)

I just love the community spirit here...I was, and am, a member of another forum, but that is a forum a joined when my ex and I were having problems, a relationship problem site. It''s amazing there, but very few happy posts. Here, I get to cheer myself up with what you all say, and on the rare occasions there are sad posts, everyone rallies round and gives their full support.

I have a confession....I''m on here when I''m at work, I just don''t post. Then I post when I get home so yeah...I''m only off PS when I''m not in front of a computer and even then PS is programmed into my Blackjack

I''m pretty addicted! I check in LIW maybe 5 times a day just to see if there have been any thread updates. During severe LIWitis I get a little obsessed and will spend hours on PS in all sorts of forums. Thankfully the LIWitis has died down, and I think it will be for a while, so I just come here to see who got engaged!

hello my name is jcarlylew and i am a recovering PS addict. i am recovering my addiction

with my old jobs, i would spend a good 4-5 hours a day, mostly lurking and in between actually WORK. ha. with my new job i jump in, in the morning, and usually once and night. on mondays is when i get to spend the most time chatting

I do check PS A LOT! It started when I stumbled across it while SO and I were looking at promise rings about a year ago. I made an account, but I just lurked on SMTR and drooled at all of the eye-candy there for a couple of months before discovering LIW and joining the list.

I don''t really check PS when I''m at "work" because I can''t. I''m a graduate student/TA, so I''m either in front of a class or taking notes in class. I do check it A LOT at home, especially when I take breaks from writing papers or reading. Depending on the day and on the thread that I bump into, I''m on PS from an hour to maybe 2-3 hours. It''s not all at once though, just like 5 or 10 minute checks multiple times a day.
