okay....a little help here with a channel set

OKAY....people of ring buying wisdom, help me with my thought process.
(thoughts suggestions ideas?)

Ering = .25 carats - I think the band thickness was 3-3.5
Band = .36 carats I think the band thickness was 3-3.5

Here is kinda of a description, channel princess set,
The set matched same height, they matched together perfectly which is extremely important to my GF

No I do not have an exact picture or else I would have bought that ring.

The Ering had 4 diamonds on each side of the center stone (center stone yet to be determined).

The band had 12 diamonds.

Okay a few questions:

I''ve searched & searched the net and haven''t found the exact or close to exact set.
Places I''ve searched: WF, GOG, JA, Bluenile, engagement rings direct, mondera, amazon)

- Is there a site that has ring SETS I want the set not individual erings but a set.

- Is this set overpriced? if so what would be reasonable?

- Palladium, was the sales lady telling me the truth when she said it was the inbetween white gold & platinum? Is it worth it?

- I would rather get the better bargin, but I haven''t seen any real ering & band sets sold together.

here's a scott kay set that sounds similar to what you are describing. they do make the settings in palladium and you can call or email pearlmans for a quote.

Kinda simular, but that one has extra bit of ring/extra metal on the edge....but pretty close

vatche makes a really pretty channel set princess ring too. I can''t ever get their site to load but if you go to dvatche.com you should be able to find it. it''s more dainty looking than the scott kay.
