I am currently have a jeweler see if he can find ring that is somewhat similar to the Tacori 2576 or get one in for me.

Currently,

He has a .97 kt, H, I1 (can not see the inclusion with out a scope) ring and is look for 2300 for it. Where can I improve on the diamond. I fine with the color, since I was looking for a g/h. He should me a smaller stone that was a .87, G, VVS2 and larger stone that was 1.35 I/J SI. These two were either to larger or to small IMO. ring will be 2.6mm. budget to the diamond alone around 3500. So what should I change to increase the fire of the diamond?

Fire is a function of the cut of the stone not color and clarity although an I1 will probably have some impact on the optical performance.

Yup. If it lacks fire, it''s due to the cut. Many stones can be brillaint but lack fire, and again that is due to it''s cut. CUT id KEY when buying a diamond. I have seen some I1''s that are eye clean and that don''t interefere with the optical preformance of the stone. I''d read the tutorial on here, and go in well informed, not that you aren''t... Just that knowledge is your best friend when buying a diamond... We will be here to help you along the way...

I knew the fire was tied to the cut. I just did not know what I could get better. Where is the the tutorial?

There are eyeclean or eyecleanish I1's out there ( I have 2) whose inclusions do not significantly impact optical performance, plenty of I1 Infinity which are lacking nothing with the optics in most cases! We would need to see all the proportions to know if the diamond is well cut, so post all the info on the report here if you wish. Generally you want a higher crown and smaller table along with a suitable pavilion angle to get slightly increased fire.
