Ok... I have a question...

I have to admit that I am somewhat embarrassed to ask this but here it goes.
I watch the Oprah show and the Newlyweds on MTV strictly for the "bling" factor. I can''t take my eyes off of Oprah''s or Jessica''s HUGE diamond stud earrings. Here is my question, their earrings just seem to glow and sparkle no matter what kind of lighting they are in. Is a large part of this due to the fact that there is always light on them from the cameras and such?
With that said, I recently purchased two good sized diamonds (for earrings) from DCD signature ideal series and am very happy with them. I do not walk around with a mirror in front of me so I don''t see them like I would a ring, but I want to glow and sparkle too! Any thoughts on this or am I just being silly?

Find good low lighting or just walk around Tiffany's all day. That sould help!

Honestly, I say a clean diamond is a sparklier diamond. I have a friend with 3 E color round stones with excellent cut but she's not obsessive about cleaning it, and if she did those bad boys would just electrify the room!!!

So clean them, and try not to use lotion on your hands when putting them on. That should boost their sparkle factor a bit!

I just bought some earrings too. At first, I would take them off and see how they sparkle. But now I'm so afraid of dropping one of them or afraid that someone would walk in on me! So I have my little make up thing with a mirror and I see how they sparkle.

I got the three prong martini setting and it seems like it's really hard to clean these guys compared to my ering. You might want to clean yours first to see how it sparkles. I used windex the other night and it was awesome!

I know what you mean, my sister has a LARGE pear ering and it is filthy!!! I have told her numerous times that if she can't take proper care of it she shouldn't have it! You are correct, they sparkle like mad when they are clean!
