Has anyone used these before? I just highlighted my long (down to bra strap) hair and its feeling dry. This Ojon restorative hair treatment has a decent reputation. Anyone have any experience with OJON. If not, any one know of any great leave in conditioners (preferably over night) that work well?

I got it at Nordstrom but have never used it, being a huge product junkie I buy so much but then I go to the salon more frequently and I just do not get to use most of the stuff I have!

i've never heard of ojon or used it,,, but i've recommended neutrogena's conditioner before, because i just LOVE it. nothing has worked like this stuff.

neutrogena triple moisture daily deep conditioner - you can find it most anywhere. it's not expensive and it works WONDERS.
i have processed hair too and i can't live without this stuff.

I followed JCrows advice and hunted the Neutrogena. It is really good stuff. But it got better this week when I coupled it with their shampoo. Their shampoo is called a cream lather...(ithink) anyway it really is good for thin/fine textured hair. -Thanks Jcrow!!

Before I could find her recommendation I found Pantene moisture mask...it is in a round tub type thing. It was also supertabulous! I was actually going to write her (JCrow) and tell her to try it too. I like to switch often.

If you want something to remain in your hair, (the previous two you wash out...) my sil swears by Biolage leave in treatment tonic. It comes in a pump/spray thing and it is like cloudy white water. You spray it on your damp hair and style as usual. She got a "shave it all off" perm, and this stuff turned the damage into usable...fixed...restored hair. I think it runs about $9.75. To let you know how good this stuff is...the stylist refused payment on the perm...and GAVE her a bottle of this! She begged her to use it before she shaved it off! 10 days later...she loved her perm!

Aveda has a great one. It runs close to $30. If you have time...put some regular conditioner on...and wrap your head in pastic...leave on for a while. I do this once a week. (Be sure to follow instructions on plastic bag...you know don''t put over your nose and mouth, don''t fall asleep while wearing...don''t use for crib bedding...JUST OVER YOUR HAIR.

I tried Ojon once (i think it was the serum) and I couldn''t stand the smell. What really worked for my dry/damaged hair was Biolage Hydrating Shampoo, Biolage Conditioning Balm and Frederic Fekkai Protein Rx Reparative Treatment Mask. I''d really like to try Frederic Fekkai Overnight Hair Repair, but it''s $195

The best deep conditioner I''ve ever used is Crede eR Treatment. They carry it at my salon, but you can order on-line:

It is a Japanese product and smells a bit like incense. If you have normal (chemically untreated) hair, you need only use this about once/month. It is amazing!

I have use Ojon a bunch of times. I''ve heard of many people not liking the scent of it, but it did not bother me.

I have highlighted hair, and it worked great on it. It seemed to make my hair extra silky.

However, I do think there are a lot of other great products out there too. It wasn''t my favorite all-time product.
