Oil Treatment for Emeralds

Hi

I'm trying to find a machine used to oil treat emeralds. I know these machines are sold in Thailand and Colombia but I'm having trouble finding them in North America. Is there any place In Canada or the USA that one can buy such a machine?
Any help will be appreciated.
