sorry- no ring pics yet! we picked a stone and ring is being made... not done for 8 weeks.
It is sort of a funny story... but not really. My Bf proposed a month ago on our anniversary... he did it after a great gourmet dinner, in the parking lot, so unfortunately someone was honking at us to move out of the way so I did not hear anything he said! then we got in the car and I crashed. no one hurt... but my car has been in the shop for 3 weeks.
I asked if we could have a "Do over" and he said he would propose again... someday. UGH.
Earlier this week we had a fine dining experience at Red Lobster (lots of sarcasm here) and we rented the most romantic movie in the world... Clockwork Orange (more sarcasm).
As I was about to fall asleep he proposed AGAIN and I figured I better say YES this time because given the declining scale of romance... if I make him ask a third time he will probably do it when I am sitting on the toilet!
