October/November Brides

Hello ladies! A little over a month for some and way less for some! How is everything going!

Here''s what I have left to do:
-Plan out ceremony (just picking reading passages and songs, nothing major and schedule a time to talk with the pastor
-Make Programs (again nothing major, just gonna do a double sided program on nice paper, tie a ribbon through the middle and call it good!)
-Finish finding wedding party gifts (ended up doing individual gifts, I only have 3 girls I haven''t decided what to get them, not too shabby! and a flowergirl and the two moms
-put our announcement in the paper
-figure out time line for day of wedding
-make mixed cd to listen to day of
-make bridesmaid survival kit
-print off photos of parents wedding days to put on candy buffet and frame them

and that''s it!!!

elledizzy5, I am right there with you, I am an October 10th bride too!!! It''s crazy to think we will be married women this weekend! I really cannot wait, I am getting impatient right now, I think we are pretty good on all the wedding stuff, just a few little projects left, but we just signed loan docs for our house to close and we will be getting the keyes on October 9th!!!

Good luck, I really hope you have a wonderful wedding day! And all of you other girls you are getting so close, the last month goes by sooo fast!

11/7!! 32 days left!

- Get marriage license (Thursday, if FI gets off work in time!)
- Get favors
- Appease Momzilla with some alone time

- Do full makeup trial run with FSIL
- Next week we'll start calling the non-RSVPers

- MOVE the weekend before (not recommended!!!)
- Hopefully only 1 more fitting (that would be 3, I'm going for a record. LOL!)
- Write vows!
- Bah, forgot escort cards

I'm actually feeling pretty good about everything for once!! October 10th for me also!!

Today: I waited til the last minute, but I gotta find ballet slippers/flats at the store like right now, yikes!

Tonight: Finish favors, only about 10 left since FI helped me!!

Wednesday night: Guys pick up their tuxes

Thursday: I pick up my dress, get nails done, and eyebrows waxed! Then rehearsal in the evening

Friday: Whatever last minute things pop up, and then rehearsal dinner in the evening. So excited for this! We're having a pig roast with BBQ wings, salads, and desserts. Our DJ is also going to set up for this also, so it should be fun!!

Ditto, we aren''t moving the week before but we are moving in a week and a half. On the plus side we are excited that we will have room to put everything we get as a gift because our current place is TIIIIIINNNNNNNIIIIEEEEERRRRR than that word tinier. lol

I''m October 31st - I still have to:

- Organize final payments and tips
- Drop cake topper off at bakery
- Burn CD of hard to find songs for my DJ
- Finish chosing the ceremony music
- Print and assemble my scrolls
- Finalize rehersal dinner menu (still waiting for RSVP''s)
- Complete a few small items for the tables
- Get my table names and numbers over to our lovely friend for printing
- Finalize the seating arrangement
- Complete the escort cards
- Have my hair and make-up trial
- Be very, very, very ultra careful about what I eat so I do not gain an ounce. Notice I didn''t mention anything horrible about dropping a few

I am sure there''s more that I am forgetting. I have 25 days to remember!

October 12th over here! We just have to finish the wedding favors and I think that''s it wedding-wise? We''re only having 25 guests. I need to get my dress steamed, and I think that''s about it... I''m terrified I"m going to forget something though. I do, however need Weather DUST- we''re getting married in Central Park, and as of now it''s supposed to rain for ELEVEN HOURS that day! Other than that, feeling pretty calm. Just had my bachelorette party which was Awesome! The only time I got nervous was when we got the license. Both of us were a little jittery while we were at the clerk''s office, but once it was over, we were good again. Good luck to everyone!

How exciting/exhausting is it?! I am aure you will both have a wonderful day and all of your planning will pay off. It will be impossible to have anything but a fabulous day!

So many date twins for October 10!!!

My forecast is looking rain free so far, but a bit windy. Mid 50s! Chillly, but doable!

FI and I did table seating stuff and favors last night. It''s getting down to the wire here! I need to clean tonight since my parents are flying in tomorrow. Oh my gosh my parents are flying in for my wedding tomorrow. I seriously might vomit now. I''m terrified!!!!

The weather here for Saturday is iffy....weather channel says mostly cloudy 61 degrees and accuweather says partly sunny 68 degrees haha. Whatever! I''ll take either one

The weather here is supposed to be 83 degrees and sunny! But.... the weather for Mexico where we are going for our Honeymoon has it raining and thunderstorms all week but still it will be 90 degrees??? I don''t know what to expect with that!
