Obama's Global Health Security Executive Order

Not surprisingly, no media attention was given to this executive order signed by President Obama. Although ensuring the health and prevention of disease is obviously important, I worry that this opens the door to a potential loss of medical freedom. If this is so positive (as the Huffington post claims) then why isn't his being reported on all major news media?
