Obama effigy in my hometown

This morning on the University campus where I live, there was an Obama effigy found hanging from a noose in a tree. This is not even a mile from my house.

This literally makes my stomach hurt. I cannot believe that people can be so hateful and violent. It is really scaring me that people like that live so close to me.

I happen to be an Obama supporter, but I really don''t think it matters. How can people be so intolerant?

Just want to say I am sorry for what you had to see. Yes people can be insane and often become crazy during the "battle time". Is it possible for you to call the police to have it removed (if it is not on someone''s property)?

There are some f**ked up people out there.

I have a had enough time explaining about the ED ads my kids see on TV when we''re watching a ballgame. I have no way to explain to them why a person would pretend to hang another person.
