NYC Wedding Coordinators

I''m looking for recommendations for good NYC area wedding coordinators. I have emailed a couple of coordinators that are featured on the show Whose Wedding Is It Anyway, however I would appreciate other recommendations. Also, around how much do coordinators usually charge? I''m sure it depends on what services you need from them, but a ballpark figure would be greatly appreciated.
