Agreed. *Another* 6-12 inches in the next 2 days - absolutely ridiculous! Just when you think winter might be over.........

Hi ladies,

Unfortunately, I got a call from a friend this week who really needs some help with her kids (a two year old and a three month old) b/c she and her husband are having a really hard time (she just realized he''s got a drug problem

so she kicked him out and told him he can''t come back until he goes to rehab) anyway, long story short she really needs me to watch the kids on March 7th and that''s my last free day at least until the summer (darn school/work schedule) so I''m not going to be able to make the GTG.

So...is there someone else who can coordinate? All you need to do is send the list of PS members who are coming (which you can assemble from this thread) to Ella the PS moderator and she''ll hook you up with some kind of technology that will let you schedule the time and location in a more private way.

I would do the coordinating, but I''m really not sure that next weekend is going to be much better than this weekend''s weather. It''s been an absolutely horrible winter here. Perhaps a month from now?

I would coordinate, but I have an engagement party and wedding that day so I''m not even sure if the timing will work for me to come to the GTG

I really wanted to come! DH''s friend just got engaged and planned a last-minute party for Sunday. I would skip it, but it he''s one of DH''s best friends so I kinda have to go

. If the timing works I would like to come for maybe the beginning of the GTG, but I don''t think I should coordinate until I know if I can even come

If we have another GTG on a Sunday in a month or two I would love to come though (as long as it isn''t on a Saturday or on Passover)! Preferably when the weather is warmer and less snowy...

If you still up for march 7th, I''m up for it. We can meet for brunch in the upper east side, then walk to tiffany and some stores in 5th ave. There is a place in 62 and Lex call Mon petit cafe http://www.monpetitcafe.com/ It''s very good and around $25 each, so it''s not bad
