Can anyone recommend a great one and tell me roughly how much they will cost...thank you.

There is an appraisers resource list right in Pricescope. You will find pleny of recommendations and can easily find out "how much". I know there are two firms right in 608 Fifth Ave right near the 47th St zone.

I used David Wolf of Just Appraisers in the Diamond District. He is listed under resour4ces at Pricescope.

I think you can see his charges on his web site. I would recommend him.
