NYC Appraisal

I am anticipating delivery of a new 3 stone ring in the next week or two. I already have an appraisal my diamond guy helped me commission for purposes of the insurance, but I would like to get some independent (and hopefully relatively cheap) verification on everything.

Can anybody recommend something on or around 47th street, or anywhere else in NYC? (midtown or upper west side)
