I transfer money online but other than that, I'm old school and still write checks. But I couldn't live without my ATM card, especially great when traveling overseas or anywhere for that matter...

I don''t understand why so many of the posters have ATM fees... both of my banks are absolutely free of ANY type of fee as long as you have some sort of direct deposit each month. It''s only if you use another bank''s ATM that they get you.

Maybe start shopping around for a new bank...
